Consent cue

Arena crowds and 100+ dB noise levels. Agree on hand signals for volume and hydration before the show starts.

The Point

Arena logistics. You handle the clear-bag check and the RailRide activation; she handles the choruses.

How it flows

6:05 PM
Dinner
Meet at Cornish Pasty Co. Split a pasty and one drink. Set your hand-squeeze signals for the show while the booth is quiet.
7:15 PM
The Walk
Ten-minute walk on First Street. Clear-bag check is faster if you are calm and staged before the line. Pick up sensory packs at Section 111 if needed.
7:45 PM
Doors
Grab water at the concourse. Locate the nearest exit row before the lights drop. Orientation is harder in the dark.
8:00 PM
The Set
The show runs two hours. Take a mid-set water break around 45 minutes in when the noise is sustained.
9:45 PM
Encore Strategy
Stay for the full set or leave five minutes early to beat the parking surge. Make the call before the encore starts.
10:15 PM
Aftercare
Head to Blue Hound. Booths by the bookshelves are the quietest spots in the building. Talk through the night over dessert.
11:30 PM
Clean Exit
Rail or rideshare home. Send the 'llegaste bien?' text once you are both inside your own doors.

Pivots & backups

Bag Policy
Wrong bag? Do a car drop immediately. Don't argue with security. Stay staged and calm.
Sensory Overload
Step to the concourse for 3 minutes. Use water and earplugs. Regroup before you head back in.
Early Exit
If energy drops, dip during the encore. Get dessert and send the safe-text before midnight.

Comfort cues

Volume
Arena shows hit 105 dB. Agree on a signal for 'I need air' before doors open. No explanation needed to step out.
Pacing
Alcohol plus arena energy is a lot. Match every drink with a full water. Check in at the encore.
Crowds
Floor sections get tight. If it feels heavy, move to the concourse for a lap. It's a reset, not a retreat.

Checklist

Tickets in wallet
Empty clear bottle
Light layer for the walk
Portable charger
RailRide activated

Note

Maná shows pull a bilingual crowd that knows every word. The energy is loud. This loop uses quieter spaces before and after the arena so you can actually talk.
