Why this ritual hits

Ten minutes to name what worked, what didn’t, and what you want next. It keeps consent clear while the memory is still warm.

Setup

  • Decompress first; drink water. Start this within 24 hours of the loop.
  • Set a 10‑minute timer; agree to pause if anyone feels flooded.

Steps

  1. “What moment felt most us?”
  2. “Where did we need more info or consent?”
  3. “One tweak for next time?”

Pivot (2 minutes)

  • One sentence each: “Best moment was ___.”
  • One consent note: “Next time, I need ___ earlier.”
  • Close with: “Gracias for tonight. Text me when you’re home.”

Close

  • “Gracias por cuidarme cuando pedí pausa.”
  • Schedule the next check‑in or pick a new loop while energy is warm.
